Thank you for taking an interest in our villa. 1,654 square feet of luxury living , Has 4 bedrooms, 2
bathrooms (sleeps 8), a private heated pool, Florida Pines is situated just off Interstate 4 which is only 15 minutes
drive away from all the major attractions. Our excellent villa has been furnished to a very high standard and is
also spacious enough to accommodate two families very comfortably. We have tried to include everything you will require to
ensure that your holiday is an exceptional experience. There is also a newly built Publix supermarket less than 5 minutes
drive from your villa. And Greg Normans new Golf complex at 'Champoins Gate' and Reunion with a selection of restaurants .
The villa was constructed in 2002, so it is in pristine condition,The luxury villa has 2 beautifully furnished
lounge areas with cable TV, DVD, VCR and CD player. One lounge has formal dining area. It has a fully fitted kitchen with
full size oven and hob, large fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker and all utensils etc.
Also in the kitchen area is a table and chairs.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, a large walk-in closet, TV and an en-suite bathroom with both a bath
and shower.and door leading to pool area.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and its own TV with Playstation 2.
The third and fourth bedrooms each have twin beds.
All have fitted closets with ample hanging space, and furnished
to a high standard. .
The property has a telephone provided allowing for free local calls, long distance and international calls can
be made via a telephone calling card widely available locally.
For families with smaller children cots, highchairs and strollers are available.
These items require
pre-booking as follows:
Cots $15 per week - $25 for two weeks
Highchair $15 per week
- $25 for two weeks
Stroller $10 per week - $15 for two weeks
Or the full baby package can be provided
inclusive of all of the above for $35 per week or $55 for two weeks.
This superb Dream home is well equipped and furnished to a high standard in typical Floridian style. The
price includes all electricity, linens, towels etc and an iron and ironing board are provided along with hair dryer etc.

The pool area is fully screened with a range
of pool furniture. Towels are provided.

Boulevard, turn R onto Pineleaf Pass.
Orlando
International Airport is approx 30 mins away, Sanford Airport is approx 1 hour. Ideally situated in the centre of the State
the Gulf Coast beaches are approx 90 mins drive, whilst the Atlantic Coast (home to kennedy Space Centre) and Cocoa and Daytona
Beaches are a one hour drive..
Florida
Pines also benefits from a childrens playground and ajacent,
Wooded BBQ area together with a large community pool.
